Creative Direction
As the Creative Director at LifeSeasons, I facilitated the launch of a new brand experience for ReCODE with the Bredesen Protocol, a cutting-edge supplement line designed to support cognitive health. While originally the supplements were available to purchase through the LifeSeasons website, we had discovered that this was confusing to ReCODE customers and determined that the brand needed its own website and customer experience. Recognizing the need for a distinct identity, I collaborated closely with Apollo Health, renowned neurologist Dr. Dale Bredesen, our CMO, and the CEO of Apollo Health. Our goal was to create a brand that resonated with a high-end clientele, emphasizing comfort, elegance, and the scientific expertise behind the protocol.
To achieve this, I led the creative team in the development of a new website, providing a seamless and clear customer experience. I organized and art directed a photo shoot to visually capture the essence of the brand, and led a team of copywriters and designers to craft a compelling online presence. This included designing an email journey that ensured customer satisfaction and reinforced the brand's high-end positioning. The result was a refined, sophisticated brand identity that effectively communicated the unique value of ReCODE with the Bredesen Protocol.
